I hate corporate culture & find government job turns good people into deatheaters.
And, you really shouldn't take advice from someone who finds landing a corporate job or even a government job the reason to kill himself for advice on how to get said corporate/government job.
You should never ask for advice from someone who is not excelling at the thing you are asking them guidance for.

That being said I consider myself an exceptional alien playing the part of a human exceptionally well and hence I will still give you some randome advice. Just so you know, you were warned.

Career advice despite ignoring the above warnings

I am not expanding into a big company in which you feel terrible but "atleast" you get paid and endure the politics and terrible jokes of the boss. That is something I truly despise and something I truly would nuke if I had the power to.

What I am doing is however going into BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP with people.

1. Be honest and humble.
   People who I find follow the white stuff and stay away from the dark stuff.
   I am not even having a discussion with anyone who remain dishonest, lie by giving very good excuses to themselves and others. You live your life as you seem fit, and stay away from me.
2. Actually passionate about something.
   You need to find out what you're really passionate about. I have a books recommendation but it's mostly your internal journey and internal thoughts.
   You can start with things you are interested in until you find something that you're also passionate about.
3. I will find you.
   Yes, don't bother contacting me in anyways. There is one thing I pride myself in, is to find out people who are passionate about something.
4. Very funny but not useful in this context considering I am cutting all one-to-one communications.
   Trust Me.
   Unlike my ex-girfriend who frustratingly said, "Why can't you trust me?" when she told me she wanted to go out on a movie with a senior, we both have to trust one another, and she didn't get this but I hope you will, that, trust requires small acts over long period of time to build.
   You can't just comment on my channel today and I immediately start trusting you. We need to have been talking for a long time through comments, through livesterams, through direct DMs and then we will form "Trust".

• Once we have found something you're truly interested in, I will ask you to provide me data I need from time to time in your niche.
  For example: There is someone that is really into audio gear and buys a lot of IEMs and can differentiate a good prodcut from a bad one. Instead of me(who can't tell the difference between FLAC and MP3 128Kbps) he will be my go to guy to test products that I want to recommend.
• He will only be assigned the part he is passionate about and will leave all the updating site and making videos to me for now.
• My website should be a representation of mainly my thoughts and I shouldn't just pass on my work to someone else. I will still use his inputs but what I will put on site will be after careful consideration. Due to this the following was cut: Since Amazon provides breakdown of what products actually sold, he will get half of what I made on those products/categories.
• Once he feels confident enough and has enough time, he can start working on his own channel and as soon as he is fine on his own, he can move onto his own channel and I will start finding someone else.
