I was going to start with a YouTube playlist but from my Digital Health experiences I know that video lectures are a poor way to learn something so I am dropping this in favor of the online written text tutorial instead.

Also, I was planning on starting with AutoCAD but I am sti cking to something I completely own instead.

Notebooks

• FreeCAD is parametric: Any changes made to the 3D drawings updates automatically to the full project
• Snapping system and manipulation tools are very similar to AutoCAD ones so I can breathe a bit of fresh air.
• Python Scripting in FreeCAD will better expand it's features, I will look into it later.

Important Steps:

1. Edit→ Preferences→ Draft → Set tehse settings in the beginning to not worry about it later.
2. Toggle Contruction Mode Command→ Khurpi symbol.
3. Set working plane to XY if needed→ Can't figure out how right now.
