I have gone through many reviews but no one is bothered enough to run proper benchmarks on this laptop and only shows DLSS benchmarks like they were paid to sell it. The review is halted until there is enough data online that can take a few weeks to months.
The main thing I need is the 5000 series Nvidia Power Scaling which will tell us how much performance is dropped in laptops using a lowered powered GPU.

Important Points

The big question with this laptop is: Are you willing to buy a thin and flimsy laptop just because it has been forced to use CPU/GPU that it clearly can't handle?

V stands for Vivobook. Even Asus knows that and doesn't include the Armory Crate software which are usually given with Asus gaming laptops but is given the MyAsus software bundled with Vivobooks.
Note: However the bundled MyAsus application has power profiles and GPU settings.
At 2.00kg it's neither a thin and light laptop nor a heavy gaming laptop, missing the mark at both ends.
If you want something thin, look into a proper thin laptop with a good iGPU like the AMD 370 Laptop.
If you want something powerful to run, get a proper gaming laptop, at just 300gms more and the charger will be heavier but atleast you will be able to use it to it's full performance.
The rest of the review is assuming that there are no great 5060 laptops in the simiar price range or a thin and light laptop that is good enough to fulfil your needs.

Caution

GET THE DAMN ADP WITH THIS LAPTOP even if it costs 10k. If it's not available, wait for it to be available.
This is a high maintainance laptop.
Incorporate costs of the additional keyboard replacement that will be needed.
There are good reasons to turn off DLSS so don't see DLSS benchmarks at all.
I expect poor battery life from the Intel CPU on it and this laptop having no dedicated power modes.
Don't buy this laptop thinking DLSS will save low frames.
Be ready to clean fans every few months and change thermal paste every quarter or so if you intend to use it on a high load(If you are going to use it on a low load, why even get this?).
A Vivobook without a Vivobook's name.

These are the points I am yet to find a

concrete answer to:

5060 GPU is 75W on this machine. ~~It says 80W CPU+GPU TDP and the CPU says 45W TDP, so does that mean the GPU is only 35W in combined CPU and GPU load? And that maximum the GPU can only go is about 70W? This is very confusing.~~
To confirm→ The 5050 model is without MUX, Advanced Optimus, or GSync, have to confirm the 5060 models
67% sRGB Screen. ~~The FHD Display of 300nits is only 67% sRGB but I have yet to find it official listed on asus' site somewhere~~

Pros/Cons

Yes, it's a budget laptop being sold at a very high price with specs that shouldn't be sold.
Yes, I hate this laptop because it goes against the "Long-lasting" but I am still giving it my full rundown.
Mainly due to the fact that every brand has starte releasing such cut-down versions that one might buy assuming it's the proper deal.
Some examples are:
Lenovo's LOQ Essential disguised as LOQ.
Acer's Nitro V disguised as Nitro.
Acer's Helios Neo disguised as Helios.

Pros

CPU: 240H even if it peaks at 96°C(@75W) sustains at 85°C(@55W) on CPU load.

GPU: 5060 is 75W and stays under 70°C

Although this is to be expected in an under powered 5060.

Neutral

Matte display so anti-glare which is good when working with lights in the environment.

Neutral-Good

Good speed in inlucded SSDs but can vary from region to region.
Office 2024 Lifetime is included.
Conservation/Rapid Mode for battery.
8 hours+ of video playback. 3.5hrs of video editing.
Note: No one is goign to watch videos for that long on this terrible display.

Neutral-Doesn't matter

144Hz 300nits display but that is to be expected at this high price point. In fact, some other brands used to give a far better screen like 500nits 1440p in the same price.
Budget laptop so full plastic build.
MyAsus app has basic power profiles. ~~No dedicated Performance/Battery mode in the laptop. (ProArt creator Hub doesn't support this laptop.)~~

Neutral-Bad

Weight is still 2kgs. Many gaming laptops are just 200-300gms heavier than this. This is not a significantly lower weight to justify the drop in performance.
Touchpad although large presses down for clicks and if you use that instead of tapping you have to always judge the power to press.
Just use tap to click and double tap to right click to not have this problem.

Cons

Creaking hinges from day 1.
Display is worse than a laptop half it's price: Only 61% sRGB.
Keyboard although full size is a complete mess.
USB-PD Charging is unstable
Power Button on the keyboard is a huge design flaw. Set aside money for keyboard replacement atleast once due to this power key.

A lot of laptops in the local service centre I visit come because they failed to boot and everytime the culprit was the power key on the keyboard.
Keys on keyboards especially in budget laptop like this don't last and I will fully expect that you will need to get the keyboard replaced just because of this power key.
But it's not necesarily a con, you just have to set money aside for it.
Intel CPU to it comes with it's own quirks:
CPU hits 96°C for a brief period everytime performance is demanded from the laptop.

Even without getting my hands on the keyboard I can tell you this will fail atleast once during it's usage.
