It's the same laptop that I have covered earlier, just now it comes with a 12GB VRAM 5070 instead of 8GB VRAM for a bit more price.

Just make sure a 5070Ti or a 5080 with higher VRAM in a laptop isn't in the same price range. I doubt it but still it's worth checking.
The 8945HX is the older CPU and can only take 64GB RAM where the best models now require 128GB RAM, consider the 9945HX versions instead if you do plan on upgrading RAM to 128GB down the road.
It might seem ridiculous with the current market prices but it pays to be able to run a local LLM that matches the subscription you pay for.
