This laptop was falling behind others when it released back in 2023 and the reason I never bothered with it but with recent market crisis about to hit laptop market the good laptops won't remain in the same price segment as these mediocre laptops so here lies the review.
The LOQ 250 5050 is a much better laptop for almost the same price at the loss of total battery capacity(To check if battery life is affected or not).
Don't be fooled by "i7". This 13620H peforms worse than a 12450H laptop CPU.
Don't be fooled by "90WHrs" battery. It last 2-3 hours on Office tasks and YouTube out of the box(Someone who knows what they are doing needs to test more stricter settings).
Cautions: VVI before you buy
This is the stupid Intel CPU which crosses it's safe temperature under load so it's CRITICAL that youtweak your fan curve(convex on the top) before doing anything on it to make the fans ramp up well before the CPU reaches it's dangerous temperatures.
Due to the above reason, it's mandatory to get 3 years ADP with the laptop or DON'T BUY IT.
This is a 2023 laptop. It's 3 years already. Don't pay anywhere close to the MRP for this.
Extra Notes/To confirm later/FAQ for people who can't find something on it.

Pros/Cons
Pros
Neutral
Neutral-Good
Thunderbolt 4 port.
Keyboard stays normal while extended gaming. WASD: Cool but F key slighly warm.
Nvidia Advanced Optimus
Neutral-Doesn't Matter
Neutral-Bad
250nits is dim when used in outside light.
Laptop+Charger weigh 2.5kgs which is lower side on Gaming Laptops but heavier than thin and lights.
Cons
GPU hits it's thermal limit of 87 degrees which means it becomes thermally limited so ignore the 140W on the GPU.
CPU throttles hard as it immediately reaches 100°C which explains the lower scores on CPU benchmarks when compared to a similar CPU in other laptops.
This being the stupid Intel recent CPUs, the CPU package temperatures also hit 104°C where the maximum allowed safe temperature is 100°C. This only happens momentarily but if there is a significant lag in the fans ramping up while the CPU hit this much, it can be disasterous for the laptop. This is what killed a lot of the LOQ Intel laptops including mine.
Benchmarks
CPU:
Cinebench R23: 1430 10700 (Battery score but not the score on performance)
Cinebench 2024: 94 562 (Source 1)
Cinebench 2024: 107 852 (Source 2)
Geekbench 6: 2543 10100
3D Mark Time Spy: Overall: 9136 CPU: 10870 GPU: 8886 (source 1)
3D Mark Time Spy: Overall: 9272 CPU: 11429 GPU: 8974 (source 2)
Source 1→ Really dumb review. Don't read it but only check the pictures and benchmarks
Source 2→ The actual R23 scores on high performance was not shown but a random nanoreview score was shown which makes me think it's a biased review so proceed with caution.
