I am available only between 10am - 6pm and that also I don't check instagram all the time. Those reviews with which you know me for requires a lot of hard work and long time.

Note: I stopped doing tech, warranty, issues help at all in Aug 2025 mainly because of no time left after researching for this website and tech purchase helps.

FAQ

Q.1. Does this mean we can talk on a call?
Ans. I have very limited time and I first try to help people with text itself. If it becomes too vague or the use case or purpose of buying a laptop doesn't become clear, yes, I do call people from time to time but not right away because calls with me can last for hou₹

Q.2. Does this mean I have to keep paying every day or every few hours to keep talking with you?
Ans. Payment is for one help session and I do my best to help whatever one thing you have asked for, like a laptop recommendation or fixing a tech issue, even if it takes days or weeks. If I helped for that particular thing, then I mark it closed after letting you know. However, there are cases where we hit a brick wall or due to the current market or if it's a really troubling issue, don't seem to move forward even after I have tried my best to do whatever I can, in those cases, after letting you know, I close the case.  

Q.3. Why the Increasing Amount?
Ans.  I intend to completely stop doing private DMs and focus on making videos and writing blogs on site in the long run.
This is the only way I know people won't DM me for every little thing that I might have already covered in blog or a video.
I hope one day the amount above stops at a number completely and no one ever DMs me and I can completely focus my energy on blogs and videos as God intended.
